Nicespot is based in Croatia and is owned and managed by an Irish person who has lived in the region for several years. Our holding company is registered as Consortio d.o.o. with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
Our services include:
- organising viewing visits with free pickup and drop off at nearby airports

- advice and assistance on all phases of the purchase of a propery
- opening bank accounts
- choosing a lawyer
- helping potential buyers explore Istria
- addressing any legal issues
- helping to set up a Croatian company
After a purchase the buyer doesn't need to travel to Croatia as we can manage the:
- signing of legal documents (with power of attorney given to us by the purchaser)
- purchasing and fitting furniture, air conditioning, satellite tv etc
- rental management
- helping with miscellaneous tasks such as clearing the 'snag list', insuring the property, etc
Since we have local knowledge and contacts we can help and support you on all the practical issues you will need to enjoy your property, hassle free.
